remove various types of sugars in egg processing
plants that resulted in improving the quality of egg
products.

content in Egg processing without damaging functional
properties of egg yolk.
Jan 14, 2010 : Implemented a downstream recovery process for the
purification of yeast cells from Egg processing
effluent and imparted value addition.
