TITLE : MODIFIED EGG MEMBRANE FOR WOUND HEALING AND TISSUE RECOVERY

  Transferred effluent degrading technologies  to control odor in Egg processing Effluent treatment for SKM Egg Products Ltd  and demonstrated the scale up of enzyme application at various season and weather conditions.

 Scaled up of the large scale open compost project for the conversion of primary and secondary sludge waste composted with agro waste, industrial fly ash and cow dung in to organic manure with strain selection for SKM Egg Exports Ltd.

Developed and transferred the technologies for advanced and novel modified starch for superior yarn and denim sizing for the India's Largest Textile processing company.

Completed systematic study on Tannery Processing Effluent Treatment with computational methodologies for sulfate reduction in Anaerobic digester and careful handling of H2S and  removal of sulfur loads addition to biological aeration system combined inoculum development and dosing methods on periodic basis in to Aeration tank.

  Completed consultation for SKM Egg Exports Ltd for setting up large scale conversion of egg shell (Calcium carbonates) in to feed grade  Mono and  Dicalcium phosphates for Poultry and Aqua feeds. Our cost effective technologies has encourage to set up large scale operation to handle 200 mt per month of the Egg shell waste in to DCP and sold as essential phosphorus sources for poultry and Aquatic animals.

  Optimized and introduced new  methodologies and on line strategies to monitor ETP  behavior at various stages for SKM Egg processing Industry. Excellent reduction were observed in treated water and achieved  superior water discharge than  Pollution Control Board specifications.
