Crystalline Ovalbumin Gel
Albumin
liquid is converted in to gel and
crystallized, the crystal will
attain gel when soaked in water and
also attain the softness and swell
able nature. The crystalline gel is
a water insoluble, swell able, hydrogel in
the size range of 20 to 120 micron.
Currently we are researching on the
gel binding nature with human
recombinant insulin and
experimenting to understand the oral
drug delivery vehicle.

We also
explore the possibilities to market
the gel forming crystals (neutral)
as a nutrition rich protein source
for shrimp cultivation, we are
testing the concept in larva fish
feed formulation and shrimp feed
formulation.

Animal
feed grade gel is insoluble,
swell able, hydrogel in the size
range of 120 to 1000 micron. The
product has the property of good
gelling and water binding abilities.
Further advantage is the storage
conditions, handling and shelf life
of powder compared to liquid
products. The biggest advantage that
the gel will remain solid for more
than 5 days without promoting
microbial odor gel matrix will be a
easy feed target for aquatics
