Senior Scientific Manager - Research and Development

Responsible to manage R&D department, delicate works to subordinate and regular follow contract research and consultation projects as per the schedules. Planning and execution of own work in accordance with Research guidelines and communication of the results to top management. Participate in development of new products and formulation processes, as well as optimizing the existing. Participate in development of new analytical methods and/or qualification and optimization of equipment in pilot. Responsible for maintenance of specific equipment Secure that all work is performed in accordance with the quality and safety guidelines in the department. Participate in securing a good working climate in the department. However, provided you have a sound scientific background and a genuine wish to unfold your potential in a business setting. Moreover, a strong customer and team orientation combined with excellent English communication skills are required. High degree of freedom in planning and highly professional. pHD or M.Sc with five years research experiences.

Executive - Marketing ( Food Enzymes)

Responsible to promote the sales of Food Enzymes in South India and identify new market.

Academic qualification: Bachelor Degree in any Life Science.
Professional Qualification: 2-3 yrs of experience of sales of chemicals to food and allied industry.
Competencies: Positive attitude, self confidence, people skills, sharp and liking for sales.
 

Internship
Microcore Pvt Ltd is committed to discovering talent and nurturing individuals who can contribute to our mission. Through our internship program, we share knowledge and build relationships with qualified students from biotechnology, microbiology, and biochemistry backgrounds.

Duration : 4 weeks to 6 months.

Students need to apply with  resume and bonafide certificate from College.

All selections will be based on the performances on entrance test and interview. To be successful in these roles enthusiasm, intellectual ability, strong analytical skills, meticulous technical execution and a team focus is very essential.
